We created situational guidelines for our mystery shoppers, who would test the knowledge and skill of employees at each location. After a short period, we had a clear understanding of whether or not training was being implemented, and what needed to be improved to ensure better results.
  • Understanding Your Competition A client in the telecommunications industry needed to gain a better understanding of their marketplace. We were able to obtain data on competitor pricing, offers, and promotions, which allowed our client to adjust their own products and services. This helped them retain customers and gain new ones.
  • Training Assistance A bank client of ours wanted to make sure their 1,000 employees across the country were trained and certified correctly. We created an online training portal to allow employees to log in, review training material, and test their knowledge. With a consistent training program in place, our client can now begin to measure quality assurance company-wide.
